The IDNT developed a system for collecting information on Quality of Service for MAN Portugal. Consisting of a multimedia kiosk and a back-office management / statistics, the platform allows customers to give feedback about the services that MAN provides, in an intuitive and fast way. The system is designed so that the MAN can get in place, a more objective and rapid feedback about their customer-service, ensuring maximum proximity to its customers in order to maintain high levels of service quality .
